Declining market going away!

As we recently posted in our April newsletter the bottom feels like its definitely getting closer. Fannie Mae announced today that it will no longer be dinging borrowers for declining market values. Fannie Mae plans to issue a Selling Guide Announcement on a new Keys to Recovery initiative—one that implements a National Down Payment Policy and suspends the policy on Maximum Financing in Declining Markets. Snakes are Out!

In the last week I have seen two snakes. One was a King snake and the other a massive rattlesnake! I have noticed that I'm not the only one because several other people I know have seen snakes lately. Just a little reminder to be careful when your out enjoying the outdoors. I wanted to share this picture I took the other day.
