Statistics indicate that over 80% of buyers will look online before ever calling an agent or visiting a real estate office. It is with this premise that we have created a marketing system for our client's properties. Our plan maximizes your homes' exposure to online buyers while combining traditional real estate marketing components. 

Marketing Components 

  • The Multiple Listing System (MLS) - The MLS is the invetory system that allows other agents to find your property and show it to buyers. We put all of your property information and digital photos to showcase your home online. In addition, the MLS broadcasts its information to many real estate search engines including Access1realestate.com, Realtor.com, Realestate.com, Yahoo Real Estate, Zillow, Parkplace.com and all other large agency sites.
  • The "For Sale" Sign, excluding the MLS, is the most effective component of our marketing plan. Placed at the front of your property it includes a team member's cell phone number. When a buyer calls the number, our agents have their name and number and can begin selling your home. When allowed, we install directional for sale signs that bring buyers into your neighborhood to see your home.
  • Full-color property brochures - Brochures are available at every for sale sign and some directional signs. We prepare these flyers with photos and highlights of your home to distribute to the community, agents and potential buyers.
  • Internet Saturation - Most of our efforts go to promoting your home over the Internet. Beyond adding your home to all major real estate search engines that use the MLS information, we take the time to advertise on sites like Craig's List, Homes.com, You Tube and Signon San Diego.  We also pay to add additional information, digital photos  and virtual tours to online resources like Homes.com and Realtor.com. Our goal is to have your home show everytime someone looks in your area.
  • Digital photography - Pictures will help sell your home, especially on the Internet. After providing advice on staging your home, we take photos of your home for both our internet and print advertising. We then upload as many photos as possible to showcase the elements of your home.
  • Newsletter - We have great clients that refer many of our buyers and sellers to us. We  showcase all of our sellers homes in our monthly newsletter mailed to all of our past clients.   • Open House - When weather and scheduling permit we will hold your property open for buyers to walk through. Open Houses are advertised through the interenet and most importantly through temporary directionals around the neighborhood. This is a great way to find buyers.
  • Print advertising - Print advertising in recent years has been over-saturated and many buyers have replaced print ads with Internet ads because of their easy and vast information. In certain markets  print advertising can be effective and we will offer this service when we customize your marketing plan. Past Publications have included House Trader, Union Tribune, North County Times, Distinctive Homes and Harmon Homes, as well as local regional papers.
